Marc Paquien is the creator of the board game "Treasure Island". In the game, one player "hides" the treasure and the other players ask questions and make calculations to find it.
Beyond that simple description, it's a game with all sorts of unique angles. We talk about Marc's creative process when designing a new game including how he works from the idea of evoking a particular emotion with the game rather than just being concerned with game dynamics right away.
There's also some good stuff in here about surrounding yourself with people that will be a positive influence on you accomplishing things you want to do.
